The figures show almost 300 liveable cities in America. At least half that number has become pleasantly liveable because of low unemployment and low crime rates. 38% have increased their number of immigrants because of the impressive designs and architecture of the cities’ houses and buildings. The remaining 12% make up the cities, which have cheaper cost of living, and potentials for recreation areas showcasing culture, arts and sports.
More and more people have also become concerned about the physical aura of the city where they choose to relocate. Despite the numerous innovation and the modern day technologies, people still hang on to culture. Buildings that possess conventional designs and houses with unique architecture that manifest the old school appearance do matter to most. That is evident in cities with growing number of new dwellers.
In these popular and liveable cities, one will find buildings and structures, which are obviously renovated, but their original designs remain intact, with memoirs of the days they were first erected. Safe neighborhoods also possess low-cost houses. Some figured out that these houses are inexpensive because of the simple designs. These residential buildings may not feature the modern-day architecture but their conventional designs are proven to be one of the many characteristics of these liveable cities that got the attention of new settlers.
When asked about their interests on such types of houses, most people would remark that the conservative get-up of these houses somehow provided security and peace of mind as they are reminded of the long ago when the world was a much safer place to live in.
